1.  Product/ Service must originate from a country where the GDP per capita is <10,000 USD per Capita ( defined by World Bank)
2. Trade must operate through origin Company that
   1.  Shareownership of origin > 50%
   2.  Must pay local origin taxes
   3. MUST NOT be Businesses that produce products and services are that are independently verified as being harmful to the environment
      1. Cause Air, Soil and Water pollution
      2. Cause De-Forestation.
